A dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager is required in our Birmingham Spa
We are looking for a Business Development Manager with an excellent track record in managing high performing teams and a track record in achieving sales and operational targets.
Whilst you must be able to communicate across all social groups you must demonstrate particular experience in the professional sector. You must be fast and confident on the computer and able to fully use word and excel, running mail merge campaigns and setting up tables to analyse results. You must be able to demonstrate how you manage prospects and deliver a follow up process that gets results. You should have a clear professional telephone voice and be confident when making cold calls.
You will be required to work as a team with the Spa Supervisor but you will be based on the front desk and should therefore be motivated to work alone.
This position requires someone who is driven to succeed and prepared to work hard to get results. You must therefore be ambitious.
You must be able to demonstrate a mature, professional, smart and healthy image and be prepared to go that extra mile in order to help launch new services and raise the profile of the business in conjunction with developing your own professional reputation and position within the industry and locality.
This is a hands on position and will require a practical approach to building the business and therefore you will need to have a minimum of 8 years full time work experience in a similar environment

This new position is centred around building client relationships, sales, company & personnel administration and event organisation.
To be successful in this position you must have a track record in building and developing client relationships, you must be able to demonstrate experience in effectively communicating across all social groups, especially with company directors. Your written word in both letters and e-mail must be grammatically correct and perfectly presented. This position will require you to be extremely well organised and to achieve results.

An attractive package will be personally tailored to suit the experience of the successful candidate but will include both basic and performance related pay awards. Hours can be flexible and will be subject to agreement.
