| 1) If this is your first appointment at Urban Angel Day Spa you will need to arrive in the spa a minimum of 10 minutes prior to your treatment time to complete your consultation form. 2) All Bookings must be confirmed with a credit/debit card. If this is your first visit, we will call you for your credit/debit card details. 3) Your appointment is not confirmed until you have received a confirmation e-mail/telephone call from us. 4) All Spa days and hen parties need to be paid in full in advance. 5) Bookings are subject to a 48 Hour cancellation policy where a full charge is made if we are unable to re-fill your appointment time. |
