How to Spa - Frequesntly Asked Questions

Q. How do I make a Booking?

A. Once you have decided on the treatments or spa daypackages you would like you can mkae your booking by calling the spa on 0121 212 2021. Alternatively you can E-mail us or for your added convenience you can use the Online Booking Form.

Q. What information do you require for me to book a spa treatment or spa day?

A. The first thing we need to know is whether this will be your first visit to us. If you have been to us before we will already have most of the details we require. If this is your first visit we will ask you for your: Surname; First Name; Contact Telephone; Postal Code; Credit/Debit Card details to secure your booking. We'll also ask you where you heard about us. We'll then ask you what treatments you require and the dates you were looking for. According to the treatment required you may also be asked a couple of questions regarding your health.

Q. What do you need my credit/debit card for?

A. Your credit/debit card details are required for us to confirm your booking. Once you give us these details we guarantee that we will keep that time in our diary for you. That means we cannot and will not sell that space to anyone else. We do not make any charges on your credit/debit card at this point. Please note that your card may be charged if you cancel your appointment within 48 hours of your appointment time or do not turn up for your appointment. In this situation no charge is made if we are able to re-sell the appointment slot. Please note you will not be able to make a guaranteed booking without a credit/debit card number to confirm unless you have pre-paid or have a voucher to cover the full amount of the appointment.

Q. What is your cancellation policy?

A. If you need to cancel or re-arrange your appointment you should provide us with 48 hours notice. If you are unable to do this then we may make a full charge for the appointment unless we are able to re-sell the appointment slot. We do all we can to avoid charging you.

Q. Can I get any help in choosing the right treatment for me?

A. Yes you can. If you have time you can come in prior to your appointment for a FREE personal wellness consultation. Here you can discuss with Consultants your needs and the results you are looking for. By asking you a series of simple questions the Consultant will be able to make the perfect recommendation for you. Alternatively you can all us on 0121 212 2021 and ask for advice or a ask for a call back froma Consultant. Or may prefer to E-mail your questions to us. On booking your appointment you may be asked a couple of questions to ensure that you have no health problem that may be contra-indicated with your chosen treatment. In addition if this is your first visit to the spa, you will be asked to complete a Consultation Form on your arrival prior to your treatment. Your consultant will go through this form with you and may make suggestions if she feels another tretament may suit your needs better. Our aim is to ensure that your spa treatment experience is personally tailored to suit your individual needsa and get your the results you want.
