As soon as you become a member you will receive a thorough personal wellness consultation to assess your objectives and needs. Each month you will be asked to briefly update us on your needs and any changes to your health.
As time is short we will ensure you are taken straight to your treatment room to begin your 30 minute treatment. You will break down tension and the build up of lactic acid which will relieve you of aches, pains and discomfort. You will feel lighter and more energetic.
