Support systems are in place every step of the way to help you build your own spa business. These systems will ensure that it is both easy and quick for you to open your own day spa franchise.
You'll be supported right from the start. You'll find that we are available to you right from the minute you make your first call to us. You'll find us approachable and friendly - we don't see the point of standing on ceremony! But you'll notice that we are highly professional in all that we do and that we certainly know our stuff!
You'll be assisted in assessing whether this is the right opportunity for you. We'll ask you a few questions and then you'll just need to decide whether this is a commitment you want to make. If you're ready and raring to go, we'll be right there by your side ready to take that next step that brings you closer to being your own boss.
If you don't have all the funding in place to secure yor own franchise you'll receive introduction to lenders that may well provide you with the necessary assistance.
You will be given full support in selecting the most appropriate location through in depth evaluation and a selection criteria. In some cases we will have already identified units in key locations-and may well have them already set up!
Once you have your site you'll receive assistance in producing a spa layout and design which will include all the Urban Angel ambiance standards.
Any refurbishment needed to your unit will be carried out by one of our nominated contractors. You'll be given support throughout this process to ensure that the project remains on time and within budget.
You'll be given a list of required fixtures and fittings - much of which will be purchased through us - thus reducing the time and cost .
You will have access to negotiated supplier contracts that will provide you with discounts on all purchases. Your first stock order will be processed by ourselves so that you ar up and ready to run in the shortest possible time.
You will be given a comprehensive training and induction programme that will enable you to run your own operation effectively and efficiently.
Prior to your opening you will receive a full set of branding material - leaflets, brochures, posters, appointment cards and stationery.
Press releases will be sent to local and regional media.
An announcement will be made in the weekly company e-mail newsletter.
You will be given assistance in organising an opening event that will ensure you get maximum attention and publicity at this very important time.
You will be supported on site by our experienced personnel during your first week of opening.
You will receive a detailed operation manual which will include all policies, standards and procedures for all business areas.
You will receive on-going support in all business areas-especially marketing and financial analysis.
You will have access to full personnel support, including training and induction programmes for all your staff and support in the recruitment and selection process.
You will receive support from other urban Angel Team Managers, specialist staff and other franchisees. Forums will ensure that good practice, ideas etc are shared across the team
You will receive a full marketing and branding package that will support you with all marketing and promotion campaigns from your opening through to seasonal promotions.
You will receive feedback on your business performance via company audit and mystery shopper exercises.
